Unlike moral or religious theorist, libertarians qua libertarians, are not seeking a universal and comprehensive answer to the question of how people ought to behave. Rather, libertatrians seek a universal answer to the question of when the use of force is justified. Libertarians qua libertarians, do not deny the political claim that immorality, standing alone, is an inadequate justification for the use of force by one person against another. (...)
