Como garantir a resposta "certa"

The Austrian chancellor has reiterated his view that a pan-European referendum on the constitution is the only way out if the institutional impasse.

Speaking to journalists in Brussels on Tuesday (20 June) he said "that is the only guarantee of getting an answer to what is being asked".

Para Schussel "garantir uma resposta" equivale apenas à vitória do "Sim". O "Não" é inaceitável. Apesar de poucos apoiarem oficialmente esta proposta concreta o sentimento na elite pró-constituição é que os processos de ractificação devem ser repetidos "ad eternum" até se obter o resultado pretendido.
